Got something to tell us? Please do. Feedback from visitors is how we catch problems we would never spot on our own, and we read everything that comes in.

Things Worth Emailing About

• A broken download. If a BIOS link fails, the file will not extract, or a page throws an error, this is the most useful message you can send us.
• Site problems. Layout breaking on your device, a link going nowhere, text that does not make sense.
• Ideas. Something you wish this site covered, or a page you think could be clearer.
• Business enquiries. Advertising, partnerships, and similar.

When you write in about a broken file, telling us which region you downloaded and which emulator you are using saves a round trip and gets it fixed much faster.

What We Cannot Help With

A couple of things fall outside what we do, and messages about them will not get a reply:

• Requests for games. We do not host, share, or link to copyrighted game ISOs, and we cannot point you anywhere that does.
• General emulator troubleshooting. Configuring graphics backends, chasing frame drops, or fixing a glitch in one specific game is beyond what we can support. The PCSX2 forums and the emulation communities on Reddit and Discord are far better places for that — the people there know those tools inside out.

When to Expect a Reply

This site is run in spare time by a couple of people, so replies usually take 48 to 72 hours. Genuine questions do get answered — thanks for being patient with us.
